Sunshine Coast Regional District Toilet Rebate Program

The Sunshine Coast Regional District is offering a $200 rebate for High Efficiency Toilets (HETS <4.81 liters per flush).

Eligibility

  • Be a residential or registered non-proft, paying water customer
  • Be replacing an older, 13+ litre toilet
  • ·he new toilet must be selected from our eligible toilet list (available online and at our office at 1975 Field Rd.)
  • Bring in your original receipt that is dated, stamped “PAID," contains the brand and model name and the toilet bowl and tank serial and model number
  • DO NOT dispose of your toilet until you receive your coupon
  • Limit of 2 rebates per dwelling

Application deadline

The program is no longer accepting applications for the 2011 program (with the exception of North and South Pender Harbour residents). Check back soon!

Application procedure

  1. Bring the original receipts and above information to the SCRD office (1975 Field Road) you will obtain a coupon for dropping off your old toilet(s) off at the landfill (do not dispose your toilet prior to receiving your coupon).
  2. When your toilet has been dropped off at the landfill, your receipt application with will processed.
