Building Permit rebates of up to 30% for new single family homes built to third party green building rating system standards can be accessed by meeting one of the "Gold, Silver and Bronze" standards in the chart below. Homes less than 2000 sq ft that meet these standards may receive up to 50% off their building permit fees.
